Pardon my absence...

I was here:

ALASKA!
It's absolutely beautiful! Shelby invited me to go with him to meet the family and to experience Alaska. I had a wonderful time. We had a good mix of playing around, sleeping in, trying to decide what to do, and hanging out with the family.

Here's some of the things we did:
-went 4 wheeling
-played volleyball
-played Risk...I won :)
-fed reindeer
-walked on a glacier
-went to a duck pond
-found ugly clothes at DI
-canoed across a lake
-had a mud fight :)
-rode a tandem bike
-sang "Happy Anniversary"
-went to Prince William Sound
-stood on a floating glacier
-went blueberry picking
-had a Mario Kart tournament...Jermy didn't win

It went by really fast, and I hope the next three weeks do too. It was nice to get out of town for a bit, but now it's back to work to save up money. School starts in just a few weeks! It's coming up so fast. I guess I better get busy and make the best of what is left of summer.
